An International Congress is held every three years.
XIIIth International Congress in Munster is 12
- 15 August, 2009
"Horses for Body Mind and Soul": It is the headline, the idea of the 13th Congress for Therapeutic Riding in Münster the 12th-15th august 2009. More than 1.000 specialists representing 40 nations and even more are expected in Münster`s indoor arena "Halle Münsterland". They will come to change their know-how and to extend it.
For the very first time patients, parents and young people, interested in the profession as therapist ,are invited to assist the congress in Münster.
Renowned professors as Prof. Dr. med. Ingeborg Krägeloh-Mann, Prof. Dr. Ulrike-Göttl, Prof. Dr. Martin Schmidt, Dr. Martin Häussler and Prof. Dr. Gerd Hölter undertake the congresses` scientific direction in the congress-centre "Halle Münsterland".

After the year of 1982 in Hamburg, Germany has the honour
to host this important congress for the second time. The
German committee for therapeutic riding has more than 3.000
members and is leading in schooling and educating therapists.
Worldwide people is severely interested in the German method how to school. Therefore
the German committee for therapeutic riding feels proud to organize this congress
